On 5/28/2008 I ordered through the internet a new Respironics EverFlo Lightweight Oxygen Concentrator from the Texas company for $765.00;paid for with my debit bank card. On 6/26/2008 the machine was returned to Ogden, Utah the sub station from where it was orginialy shipped. Mr. Greg Young from the Texas company gave me an authorization number for this return and informed me that I would receive a refund for one half the original price for restocking.
I have e-mailed him at least 6 times trying to find out where my refund is and am being ignored.
The Ogden, Utah branch has no clue.
The Quitman, Texas branch let me talk to a manager who was totally unable to help, he got rude,then defensive and said I would have to wait until he spoke to Greg Young who by the way is in the Colorado office.
Talk about a run around and a rip off.
No one can give me a straight answer or give me my money back. Being a disabled senior is not a good reason to not do my homework ahead of time. Lesson learned.
