Ned Steven Gutter The gutter company never were hired to clean gutters at my home. I just called to get a free quote, but they are constantly harassing me to pay a bill for service. Laurel Maryland

On June 2018, I was calling around to sevveral gutter repair businesses to get a free quote on gutter cleaning. I called Ned Gutter Cleaning to get a free quote on charges for a gutter cleaning.  They gave me a free quote and I informed the representative  that I was still looking around and would call back is still interested in services with this company.  The man constantly kept asking me to get a monthly cleaning plan with them so they can come out every month to clean my gutter, but I told him I was only looking around and wasnt looking for monthly maintenance.  Well, to make a long story short, this company has been harassing me for services they "state" I scheduled which I did not.  The harrassment started with emails, invoices by mail and phone calls. I even had to change my number due to the harassing messages and calls. I'm confused and frustrated because this company was NEVER hired by me to do any work at my residence.  The company also informed me that they have me on voice recording but I have yet been emailed anything stating that I told them to do work at my house on any day.  I know they don't legally have me on recording because after research I decided to  go against this company and NEVER called them back and had my gutters entirely replaced by another company in my area.

This company is very fraudulent for making accusations that they did work at someones elses residence and never was hired nor called to say they were coming or hired to do a job that I did not know about. I feel like I'm going to have to seek legal action because of the threatening emails and letters are getting worse. They are now informing me that they are going to send my non payment to the colletions agency which is absurd. I refuse to pay a bill for services that I never hired this company to do.  I even reported this company to the BBB, and the company continously states the voice recording but no evidence of me saying that I hired them to do any job was ever stated.  I never told this company to come to my residence to make any kind of repairs.  The company  also keeps stating that their a respectable business and have been in business for 60+ years, but I beg to differ.  The amount of time does not matter in derterming whether a business is good or not it's the businesses code of conduct in how they service their clients and based on my "free quote" it has not been a good experience.
