I am 50 yrs old with a diabetes ,my chinese friend told me about company called nefful ,that they sell medical cloth like gloves and socks, she put me in touch with a chinese guy named Gary Chang he is one of the company's representative. he sold me cloth for 200 dollars and said he will send the receipt with my friend which is he never did , also he promised that the medical cloth will work very well, and i did not feel any improvement , it's just a normal 5 dollar socks, its fake and not medical at all.
i called him to return it back as he promised to take it if does not work, but he refused to give me my money back and said no return policy, i called the company in california they told me that their representative is working for the branch in japan. i do not know what to do i just need my money back.

We have only recently been made aware of this issue. We contacted our distributor, and the issue has long been resolved as a refund was already given to the customer.
Furthermore, we do not sell any medical clothing. We sell clothing made from a special fabric that generates negative ions, which are known to provide health benefits. We are sorry to hear that our products did not work for this customer, but results may vary depending on usage.
