Negotiations Center of Ameriac Negotiations Center of America, False promises,lied and riped us off os $12,500 Phoenix, Arizona

When the sales person of National Negotiations of America (NCA) approached us we had just received a short sale offer from our mortgage lender. Hopeful we agreed to sign up with the NCA. After almost a year of assuring us that they would successfully negotiate a mortgage interest reduction, we were offered a short sale. We were originally led to believe that the reason we qualified for a interest reduction was because we had a bad loan (variable interest). We were not concerned of their request for payment upfront after all their agreement indicates that if an interest reduction is not acquired we would receive a full refund. A total of $12,500 in fees to NCA was charged on our credit card to negotiate interest reduction on three mortgages with three banks. One bank refused to speak with them. On April 30th it will be exactly a year since we signed with NCA. They have not responded to our request for refund. We have made several attempts to contact them without success. The $12,500 is an enormous amount of money for us or anyone for that matter.  We will be making a final attempt by sending a certified letter to the company. We realized that paying them up front was a stupid thing to do.
