Neighbors Moving and Storage Don't Use Them for Moving: Lied about pricing, arrival time, destination time: Left me moving most myself tukwila, Washington

A week before the move, I called up the company and spoke to a dispatcher that told me the truck will arrive on said date between noon and 4pm and would call the day of to confirm.  On the date of the move, the truck arrived at 8:30 am.  I received absolutely no call before they arrived. I called up the dispatcher and he rudely told me that I had no other alternative but to reschedule my move or pack up what I had within 1//2 hour.  I still had planned two hours of packing.  My poor parents had to work their tails off (besides me) moving furniture out the front door (since they didn't want to allow the movers in on their narrow stairs to avoid any accidents).  The driver was also very rude and kept trying to hurry us up to move my belongings out of the garage.  The driver also said it would take an hour to arrive to my destination and he would stop off for lunch/gas on the way, so it would be 1 1//2 hours.  We drove to my destination and the truck was already there.  The driver said he had been waiting for 1/2 hour (not possible) already and would charge me the extra time.  The movers didn't even have a dolly to lift the heavy furniture (a must for ALL moving companies).  When the movers said it would take at least two more hours to move my stuff (it took them 1/2 hour to put my less than 1 bedroom full of stuff into the truck), I had to tell them to quit and leave it at the elevator.  He had estimated 6 hours and was going to charge me for two more hours.  I had to, along with one other person move large heavy furniture and boxes by ourselves up two flights of stairs (elevator doesn't cover extra stairways).  I am a disabled veteran and still have a spinal cord injury.  My back is still in excruciating pain because of these awful people.  The driver was insensitive and was in a rush because he had plans to go out of town on vacation (as I was told by his co-mover).  Do not move with this company.  They are very insensitive, rude, unprofessional, and not worth a dime.  I will never move with them again.
