Neil Helgeson Tries to get free guitars on ebay, has run the same multiple scam on different ebay sellers Salisbury Maryland

Neil Helgeson did to us exactly what he has done to other sellers who are reporting on this site. We sent him a guitar we sold to him on ebay, he sent us a letter saying the guitar is fake and the luthier confiscated and destroyed it. This immediately set up red flags because a luthier would never do such a thing. Also it raised red flags because he tried to get us to send him money without him sending us the guitar.   He sent us a threatening email threatening to report us on ebay, so we called ebay ourselves. They said they would need proof from him showing that the guitar was fake (he couldnt), then they requested that he send proof that it was confiscated and destroyed. He didn't. Instead he went to paypal to open a dispute (after ebay already closed the case in our favor), and opened a case on paypal. He sent them fake documentation. They closed the case in our favor too.

THEN he said he wanted to return a second guitar - we gave him a return receipt to return a brand new $420 guitar - and he sent us back an empty tiny package - no guitar in sight. A disgusting fraudster. ebay and paypal are now looking into him.
