I bought a 1978 porsche 911 Targa from Neil Marcellino. I paid him 13000 $ cash and annother 1700 to a paint shop. He promised to sent the car after it has been repainted and new interieur installed to my shipper. I never received the car. He is a thief, be careful by dealing with him

I couldnt drive the car to the paint-shop, as it was not road legal (no headlights, no insurance) The interieur-shop was somewhere else (about 3miles away). I never received thetitle, as Neil was supposed to give it with the car to my shipper. In the meantime a went to the police in Boca and made a complaint of fraud against Neil marcellino

Why didn't you drive the car to the paint shop instead of depending on someone else to do it? Is the interior work being done at the same location as the paint job? Where does the trail end? Did you receive the title?
