Neko Enterprises - Sk Auto Parts Ripped off for $203.02 low life company preying on hard earned money. Brownsville Texas

I purchased a fender in Jan. 09....got wrong fender 2 months later....sent it back at my own expense...never got refund promised. A few months later I recieved a call from new owners/operators? They explained to me that I would be recieving a refund. They did say it might take a while. I'm not sure what a while is. A month later a recieved a letter from NEKO explaining I would be recieving my refund of $203.02 soon. Not sure when soon is. That was june 9th when i got that letter. WTF gives? You tease me twice with a promise of a refund and don't deliver? The phone number on the letter dosen't work. What complete BS. If i get a refund great but I'm not counting on it. If your a victim like myself, I wouldn't count on any refunds either. I would love to prosecute responsible parties....i don't even know where to begin. Im just f***ed i guess.
