Neo brothers Neo brothers Saab parts Iv been sold a part worn gearbox that iv had checked by mechanic who says the bushes have been worn in the diff and they won't refund me, and it has 3 month warranty on it. Hertfordshire Internet

I had a part worn gearbox for my Saab 9-3 of neo brother who says it come with 3 month warranty and I went to have this fitted and the bushes am worn in the diff my mehcanic says it's no good. 

So I called neo brothers asking them to refund me on the warranty and they have said they won't refund me and they say it was tested before it was sent but it's no good. So my 3 month warranty doesn't stand. So iv had to but another one from somewhere else now. 

But I'm out of pocket now £175 for this I called to refund and says no and they said all the gearboxes am the same they have so there selling broken gearboxes that have not been looked at by a gearbox specialit. So I'm just wondering if you could help me I'm a disabled person who can't work so I have little money. 

I really do hope you can help me as they was very nasty to me and put the phone down on me every time I called I asked to make a complaint and the bloke who I talked to said he deals with complaints, so I said can I speck to a manger he said he was the manger too. 

This has left me disabled and am without a car now I'm very upset and depressed. Thanks hope to here from you soon regards Chris
