NeoDev, Lda Neobux Scammed me, took all my earnings I made on their website and suspended my account by slandering me. They said their reason for suspending me and ultimately taking all my earnings from me was that I was cheating the system by using a VPN or Proxy when I NEVER did use any. Porto

 I did not break anything on their Terms of Service yet they slandered me and claimed I did. They also did the same thing to my girlfriend who lives sates away from me since we are in a long distance relationship.

I used Neobux for about 2 weeks and 2 days before my 3rd week and everything is going fine as I made a lot of progress and earned a lot of money by clicking their ads they offer, completing surveys and renting from their rented referrals system and I also even got my girlfriend to join their website so that she could earn some money too and keep in mind that she lives in Missouri while I, live in Indiana so in no way did we break any Terms of Service.

After I invited her and she joined it was going okay until 2 days later suddenly we both get suspended at the exact same time. I wanted to contact their support team however I couldn't because when they suspend you, they don't allow you to contact support which defeats the purpose of their support team in the first place since they, themselves, state that if I,the user, think that they made a mistake and suspended me falsely, that I could contact them and get it fixed, but no, they don't allow you to contact them so I had to resort to online searching and I found that I had to create another account to contact their support and tell them the information which I did.

I got a reply 10 hours later and the reply said that I got suspended for fraud by using a Proxy, VPN, VTS and ect, which I did not and will never use. I don't even own any VPN or Proxy or whatever so how could I have? And the fact that they suspended my girlfriend too makes me think they thought that she and I were the same people and that I used a Proxy or VPN or something, which I did not and never even attemped. We have IDs, we both have Laptops and Computers which we use and sometime change regularly to switch gaming and ad clicking with. We were on phone call and just talking and as soon as she logs on to Neobux and clicks and ad both of us got suspended(I was clicking ads before her since I get home earlier than her).

Honestly I trused Neobux and invested ALL my earnings and planned to invest even more. I had over $7 in my main balance at the time and I was going to invest all of it but they just seized all my earnings and suspended me without proper investagion or proof. They pride themselves of not being scammers and the admin makes fun of scammers which I loved about them however screwing me and my girlfriend over and slandering us and ultimately scamming us is just hypocritical.

I have told them of this and they said they said they will no longer reply to me and probably blacklisted me and my girlfriend without proper investigation which they never attempted to investigate in the first place and never will for any users they screw over. It seems they suspend users for no reason frequently cause if you search up on the internet 'Neobux suspended me', you'll find a lot of users complaning and requesting their accounts back since they did nothing wrong and got suspended and earnings stolen by Neobux.
