I signed a lease agreement with neopost. In the agreement there are different modalities of agreements. The Lease agreement paragraph says that you can't finish the lease. That if you stop paying they will sue you, charge you for lawyer fees, will take the equipment back and can sell the equipment to anyone and then it will be their discretion to let you know the amount of the equipment.

I am old enough to face the reality and face the consequences.

The thing that I am upset with is that when I called the Lease Administrator, under the name Jean Finnegan, he told me to sue them since there were many people that had failed suing them.

The funny part is that I did not even mention the word "sue".

I will investigate this further with my lawyers. If you need equipment try to lease it from someone that already has a lease with these people, which by the way, have an awful customer service.

Neopost sucks and you can't get rid of the lease unless you put a good amount of lawyers into it. It is not fair that large companies like this are abusing small business owners.
