the information in the complaint is correct, there is a lawsuit that involves both brothers again in a fraud and this one will shine the light on the fraudsters both ARON B. BORUKHOV and NERIK aka NERIO BORUKHOV. HOPEFULLY the district attorneys office will finish their investigation and arrest them.

This is different Nerik Borukhov. The guy who is described in the report is Nerik Borukhov from Dakota Realty. He is not related to attorney Aron Borukhov or his brother Nerik.
