I didn't have a DVD drive so I purchased one at a local store. Along with the drive was a program named Nero 7 Essentials. It was only a trial version and it ran out so I was prompted to download an update.
I went online shopped and wanted a permanent program so I chose Nero 9, download version, price $49.99. I clicked on the appropriate place and tried to download this new purchase and I tried for 4 days, messing my computer up in the meantime attempting several times to download this program onto my computer.
Here I am still without the program on my computer. I made several attempts to contact the company that sold me this program and I keep getting redirected to other areas with no solutions.
What amazes me is how the company charged me for the program on my mastercard and the charge said nothing about Nero, it was paid to www.asknet-shops.com asknet.com CA.
I have all kinds of reference numbers, serial numbers, order number and billing information sent me via email, but I cannot seem to get any information about how to go about downloading the Nero 9 version that I paid for.
Can you help. I'm a very poor retired elder person and cannot afford to loose out on that money, especially when I don't have anything to show for it.

I've had the exact same problem. What you do is download the trial version of Nero 9. Install the program, and then enter your serial # during the installation. Also keep in mind that Nero is from Germany, so you may be charged a foreign transaction fee. As long as you have the serial # you can download as many trial versions as you wish in order to change these to a full version of Nero 9. Also, Nero 9 will ask you to hit the "download" button for the plug-in, hit download and click on the radio button that says something about a re-install. This just lets them know that you truly did download it to re-install the program on your computer and not on two computers at the same time.
