On October 24th, 2005 402.00 was wired from Chase Manhatten to Bank of America for Netdropshipper. The same day, I that I did not want to purchase the item. No item was ever sent becausse they emailed me and told me that I needed to wire funds if the item was over 400.00. The same day I had my bank to recall the funds back from Bank of America. The next day, I phone my bank and they told me that the funds were recalled and not received. I phoned Bank of America in California. I spoke with a customer reprensentative in the wire Dept. She told me that they did contact Netdropshipper inc. about releasing the funds and she was told not to. Of course I was very disturbed by hearing this. I went to netdropshipper's ad and read their policy on wire refunds. It states "If you wish to have the credit in your account refunded you must email customer service with such request. Refund process may take up to 30 days. No exceptions." Well it has been 30 days and I have emailed numerous times and I get automated emails that state "A representative will contact you within 24 hrs". Finally someone by the name of Bryan emailed me back and stated ""A representative will contact you within 24 hrs". I have not heard from any one yet!!! I call the number they have listed, I always get a full mailbox whereas unable to even leave a message!! Today November 30th,2005, I had my bank recall the funds again(402.00) I will see what happens!!! I also faxed John Vugg a letter requesting my money back. The letter is as follows Dear Mr. Vugg

My name is Marjorie (((REDACTED))). On October 24th,2005 I had wired 402.00 to Netdropshipper through Bank of America. Transaction I was going to purchase an item from your company, however, I changed my mind. I had my bank Chase recall the funds from Bank of America and they were Not released per your company. I personally phoned Bank of America and they told

me that they were told not to release the funds . I did read your policy in your ad and it states If you wish to have the credit in your account refunded you must email customer service with Such request. Refund process may take up to 30 days. No exceptions. It has been 30 days and I Have continued to email your customer service department as it states in your ad. They will not respond. I have emailed several times. Every time I call your number listed, the voice mail says it is full. It seems as thought you are trying to keep my money. I would like to know when I will receive my money back. This is very disappointing to me. Your response and prompt attention

in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at 708 XXX-XXX for and questions

or discussion regarding this matter if necessary.

Sincerely, a concerned buyer

Marjorie
