N.E.T. Network Enhanced Technologies N.E.T. is a crooked company Los Angeles, California

In January 2009 I canceled my service with N.E.T.(I've been their customer for three years) and sent a check for 26.26$ for my last bill.

 Few days later, N.E.T. called my house, threat and confused my husband,told him they are going to turn us to collection agency. He immediately paid over the phone 26.26$.

N.E.T. cashed the check the same day they received the payment with the credit card.

I called and asked to reimbursed overpayment of 26.26$. They refused, told me they never return any money once it had been cashed by the company. I told them I will make a report to BBB and dispute charges and I did. The company never responded back to Better Business Bureau.

Then N.E.T. re-connected their service without my authorization. I had to call them next day and canceled again their service.

On 06/18/09 our debit card was charged for 44.19$-without our authorization or explanation from N.E.T. I talked to them-they charged us for dispute 26.26$ plus late fee plus financial charges. I talked to company, they didn't explain anything, just demanding a payment.We disputed that charge with our bank.
On 10/30/09 we got a voice message on our phone that N.E.T. will turn us to collection agency if we will not pay 65.19$ ASAP. I talked to Trish from N.E.T. At first she told me I'm 50 days behind my regular payment. I said that never received any bills since January 2009. She told me to check my post office. After I explained to her that I canceled my service in January of 2009, she said I had to pay 65.15$ because of disputed charges. She refused to send me a detailed explanation of the charges. She refused to answer my question on why NET demanding dispute money of
26.26$ which was double payment. She said,"I can't explain but you have to pay your bill". Her response on why they re-connected the service was, " We asked your husband what's your phone number and he gave it to us". My husband also said that when he talked to this company he could barely understand their poor English and strong accent.
This is my second complaint on this company.
