I purchased from the Dominicks store 3 All-Access Visa debit gift cards, as gifts for Christmas ALL 3 had problems using the visa cards. One still have not received their money back after repeadtly calling the company they keep giving us the run around saying the refund check is in the mail, since December. Has anyone else have had problems with this company's visa cards?
