Yes I paid for Dish Network to install a new sattlelight service for me on 1/20/2010
same day I canceled service. I called Dish network they said they will began to process
refund in the amount of 143.00 well when i called NetSpend they gave me nothing but . bull **** first of all they said i should talk to the fraud dept. then my refund should go through in about 45-6 months. What the hell I said. I had read enough on this froud sight
to know what steps i should take everyone go to BBB.com for starters. Then file Police report then file complaint with ch.47 on your side from Fresno,CA Good luck all tell everyone to stop getting these cards and stop puting direct dept. on them.
