net spend prepaid debit card they withdrew funds from my major bank before I even activated the card and trying to resolve the problem seems impossible without activating the card you cannot get anyone to talk to you. internet 

When I over viewed my statement from the bank I found a supposedly recurring fee of 38.00 to this pre-pay debit card I received in the mail and without my authorization withdrew the money from my main bank account. Apparently you are not supposed to be able to deposit money until you activate the card this I had not done because I had no intention of using it. When trying to resolve this situation I could not speak to anyone without activating the card. I have gotten nowhere with this situation except to cancel my own bank debit card in order to hopefully stop payment on this rip off.
