I am a retied person on a limited budget who needed internet...I called net zero to see what they could provide.  I specifically askled that they verify service capability in my area...they did this  and said that there was ample silgnal...I explained that I live in a CBI structured and could not attach anything outside the building..I was assured that it wuld do fine....I purchased the hot spot device and when it arrived it would not work. I contacted technical service and they said tha there wasnt sufficient signal available at my unit...

When I asked for a RGA to return the hot spot they said that they dont take them back...After threating to sue them they sent a RGA....Well I paid $50.00 for the hot spot and they did take it back..howeverr they charged me a $35.00 restocking fee....I dont know how they stay in business...the insured me a workable system, when it didn't work I had to fight to get a rga and then they assessed me a restocking fee for a new product pruchased that didnt work.  what a terrible company...dont use them.
