net10 wireless they refuse to send a replacement phone Internet

I ported my number to net10 after being told that the LG Dynamic that I purchased in wyoming would work in alaska. As soon as I arrived in alaska it didn't have service. I called net10. They have insisted that it should be workig. I got the easy exchange plus phone plan. I have called literally every other day to get this resolved. Today they told they can't replace my android phone since there is nothing wrong with it and they don't replace android phones. I will lose my phone number that I have had for years on 5/6. I was hung up on since they can't help me anymore but thank you for calling net10. I paid 100.00 for service that is useless. I will be contacting the better business bureau. They offer the easy exchange plus plan but refuse to live up to the promise of replacihg my phone. I am tired of people at net10 making me go thru the same steps every time I call. They have to give me an rma# but they refuse. I just want my money back.
