It was only last week that ASA looked into the details of this complaint and decided it has sufficient merit to be escalated for the scrutiny of the ASA Investigations Team.
Such investigation takes time, so as yet its not possible to know the final outcome.
Net66 has already downgraded one of the website items complained of the Tom McVey has been responsible for raising Millions of Pounds for charitable organisations claim; and removed one of the testimonials previously on the reviews page.
Net66 is already familiar with the ASA process, having had to endure it on several previous occasions, most of which were followed by changes to claims on its website(s).
It could be regarded as amusing or pathetic that such an experienced web design company gets its own - website(s) wrong with such regularity. Food for thought for any potential customers.
Complaints naming Net66 and The Social Media People are plastered all over forums on the internet. A quick search will find as much in-depth information as you could want.
