Just wanted to warn those who might get telemarketed by this company to collect your monies in exchange for their so-called google advertising.

DONT DO IT!

I had purchased their regional package for a single keyphrase to be listed in the sponsored links area of googles search engine. I told Jeff the rep, that I really only thought that the keyphrase, Carpet Cleaning, would work. But he strongly insisted that Carpet Cleaners would work just as well. He worked on me in a few phone calls as I was very sceptical.

On the third call, I decided to give it a try because being in the carpet cleaning business and with the economy the way it is right now, my company has no business and no calls.

So I was willing to do anything at this point to try and save my company.

One week into the ad and NO CALLS!! I called NetBiz.com and asked that they cancel my account and refund me the pro-rated amount (I know from my own experience in running adwords campaigns that you will generally get business right away if you put up a good ad and set up your acct properly. But they said to me that it takes time. NO WAY! Adwords works immediately!). This woman I spoke with by the name of Angela, in the billing dept. told me there would be absolutely no refunds! I said, you cancel my account and dont even pro-rate the un-used funds back to me?? She said they do not refund any monies at all.

WOW!!! What a SCAM!!!

I am really taken aback by their ethics and morals! I will also add that the sales person by the name of Jeff, in the beginning acted like my best friend and then when I spoke with him over the phone the day after I paid, his voice changed and he treated me like he was a different person altogether! He was mean and careless!!

People this is your warnig for all that see this PLEASE, for your own sake STAY AWAY FROM  NETBIZ.COM!!!
