This is the worst place to get a line of credit NetCredit. They provide credit  to people with fair to poor credit.  Unfortunately, I was in a desperate situation and was approved for $3,990.00. I was told that they would work with me for refinancing and payment arrangements if needed. I am so embarrassed NetCredit APR for my loan was 98.68% and the terms were $160.01 every 2 weeks. I have tried to call them to discuss payment options and the finance charges with an APR  of 98.68% due to a hardship instead, I was transferred to a Team Leader who laughed at me and my request and told me at the end of the loan I would be paying $7,689.58 in addition to the $3,990.00 and the total payments would be $11,679.58. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and NetCredit LIED to a federal agency stating that they value me as a customer and is willing to work with me yet when I call them I have customer services representatives pretending to be legal attorneys for NetCredit. NetCredit is a Predatory Lender that imposes unfair and abuse loans terms on a borrower. I am so sorry I resorted to this loan with NetCredit this is a debt trap diguising as an installment loan lender. All NetCredit is a a fancy payday lender that knows how to go through the red tape of not being classified as a payday loan lender. NetCredit is the new wave of predatory lending. I have found out that the allowable full APR is 36% or less however NetCredit gets away with it because they operate in Illnois with an allowable full APR at 99%. With the terms of my loan it will take 73 months to pay it off over 6 years stuck with this predatory lender. NetCredit is an online Internet Lender that is evading state consumer credit protections. My recomendation is to please stay away from this lender NetCredit.

Nobody forced you into this transaction. You were no doubt provided with the terms which you agreed to. Nobody is entitled to a low APR. it is earned.
