I just want to warn everyone that is looking for a debt relief solution that NetDebt.com and their sister company Mortgage Modification Legal Network (aka MMLN) is a complete scam! My parents used them and were promised a refund which they never received. In fact they would not even return her phone calls and she had to go to their office in Laguna Niguel, CA just to get some answers. I know first hand the shady ways of this company because I used to work for Netdebt. I couldn't believe they had the gull to rip off the parents of one of there own employees. Needless to say I left the company because I did not have the heart to talk people into a program that was going to leave them with even more debt and in a worse off position that when they started. The sales team is taught to sell there online debt settlement program at any cost...goal was to get there first payment and have them sign a contract full of misleading legal mumbo jumbo. The problem with them is that they only offer online debt settlement which is highly aggressive and only work for certain situations. Most of the people that they sign up would be better off with a debt consolidation or management program but since they don't have that they sell debt settlement to everyone. Not to mention they do not disclose what you are getting into...they make it sound like the best thing since sliced bread. And the review that you find online about netdebt.com are all created by their marketing department and are fake. If you do a search for netdebt.com reviews you'll notice that the ones that are positive leave you now place to comment or rate the company and the one that do are negative...you do the math.

Bottom line: I have seen them ruin people lives first hand and I just don't want this to happen to you. Use a bigger well established company that give you options...because you do have options.
