This company is a rip-off!!!!! I ordered a shelf stereo for my grandson for Chtistmas. The money was paid from my account on 11-30-05. I have been e-mailing, calling etc..for over a month. When they do answer my e-mails,the only thing it says is " 0 pending orders" . So you tell me... how can people do this? Is everybody on the internet crooks? I don't think so, its just companies like this that make it bad for the good guys. they ought to be off the internet. Don't order from this company... you'll be SORRY!!!!!!

What really bothers me the most is you don't exist to them. I think I had a response about my question twice out of maybe 50 e-mails. And the answers were not about the questions. I really like yourself , can't afford them playing games. I wish the best of luck to you. And I'm thinking of being part of a class-action lawsuit. The stories I'm reading our unbelievable about this company. They all have the same theme. Something's gotta be done.
