ok here is my problem. I have noticed 3 pending transactions that should have been cleared by now. Now i know to rules on transaction over $100 and this is just rediculous.

Here is the actual data from my account

the first one already posted

The last 3 are over 2 weeks old. I am going to call them tomorrow morning and tell them if they dont remove the hold, which they can do by the way, I will be contacting my lawyer and having them force them to remove them. Also the upperdeck transaction, I called Upper Deck about it and they have no record of it happening. Now there was another one on my account, from Las Veges and they said that one is cleared and fine.

Netspend Fixed the problem

Ok, i am still on the phone after a short wait from netspend and it turns out that the vendors i ordered from, accidentally double charged my card, however, since i let netspend know of the amounts being already collected, they are now reversing the charges and returning my money to me. I will say i did get a bit of a run around but the CSR named Dan was very helpful and got everything straightened out.
