netspend corperation descriminated and lied austin Texas

i have been a customer of netspend since 2009 . in that time they have repeatedly mislead me with lies about my deposit  from ssi ,  they have refused me email contact and expected me to call them .i am a deaf person and i am unable to hear on the telephone. i have informed them of this many times since 2010 and they still call me when i make a complaint about something , they often ignore my emails.

they suspend my overdraft service that i must pay a $5.00 fee to have at random calling it "exessive use" , the 1st time they suspended it they used the excuse that i am not qualified then when i proved them wrong they change it to exessive use. they do not notify me of this suspension leaving me hanging not knowing it is suspended until i bounce a transaction then they charge me a $1 decine fee.

this has been going on for 7 years now ! 

they claim that they may suspend the overdraft service at "their discression" giving them the full ability to descriminate a customer and get away with it. they also claim that the federal government requires them to monitor over the overdraft services but can not provide me with the law or penal code for such a requirement ( i think its a lie)

when they suspend my overdraft i have no way of knowing , even the status on their website says active even when it is suspended which often will mislead me to attempting to make a transaction and of course get bounced!
