Netspend Debit Card All Access Debit Card Netspend is allowing account holds that are unmerited at best. Internet

I have been with Netspend for about two years now. I noticed now my account is being debited and put on hold by their customers in the amount ranging from $50 to $75 for a $10 debit amount for three and four weeks because are allowing these businesses that have out of the country in the UK and other places of interest.  BPCL GBS Reddy & Co Bangalore, Spar Hypermarket BG RO Bangalore Inus and Parkview Service Station Bangalore Inus.  These and others put my account in negative $69 this last month.  But for a $10 debit this is rediculous.  I live on a once a month income and can not risk $75 per $10  debit is there.  I can not get in contact with customers and for them to understand that this is a problem.  They say go to the inside and not use outside debit. I have done that and it still happens.  I can't recommend this card to anyone because it is a SCAM.  This is hard for me to continue to do business with them.  BEWARE
