On 10/25/2012 i purchased a Netspend prepaid visa card, went home and tried to activate the card and received a message that i had to call customer service. I reached an extremely rude man and explained what i was trying to do, he placed me on hold and when he came back on the line he said I could not activate the card because of some suspected past fraudulent activity. When i asked for a further explanation or what i could do to resolve the problem he said There is nothing you can do, you will never do business with this company and we'll mail you your money within  60 to 90 days minus any fees!! I have tried to reach them several times and all i get is a recording that they are expericing a high volume of calls and then it hangs up.I even tried to press whatever # it is to report a card lost or stolen in hopes i could get an actual person on the line,no luck with that either. Right after they denied me they sent a customer e-mail wanting to know how happy i was with their services and when i tried to put in information was told the survey didn't apply to me. I'm at my wits end!!
