Netwinner, LLC Cheated me out of my winnings I had cashed out and converted it back to useless points Charlotte North Carolina

I had been a member of Netwinner since May, 2006. There had been a lot of changes made during this year. Netwinner was a site that gave you unlimited plays. They have a moneywheel and banko. Around January they decided to limit your plays to only 100 spins on the moneywheel and 10 cards on the banko per day. Netwinner had an option of different prizes. The only one I was interested in was the ecount mastercard where you could build up your points to cash out and have money transferred to your card.

After several months, and hundreds of hours of playing I was able to accumulate 475,000 points, which converted to dollars was a value of $475. I had cashed out these points and waited along with many for our payouts. Several months had passed and still no money. All along I was given promises repeatedly that Netwinner will pay and to just be patient. These promises came from an employee at Netwinner. I was not too impressed with Netwinner, but I was willing to give them a benefit of a doubt, so I continued to play.

Then on May 12th, 2008 a letter was sent out to all members that they were not going to pay us. All my points I had already cashed out for back to December, 2007 was converted back to point in my account doubled. Now I was told this was a raffle site only and I could use those worthless points to enter in on raffle drawing.

My conclusion is this site is a total scam. I feel like myself along with thousands have been deliberately misled so we would continue playing, with promises of payouts we never were going to get.
