Greg from Network Capital Funding Corporation was extremely responsive in the first week and indicated that my refinance rate was locked in. He also said that we would close within 3 weeks. Then he didn't answer the phone or e-mails. When I finally went through a receptionist to track him down, he told me that the rate had increased by 1/2%. He said that it was typical for a rate to increase during the process.
I told him that he deceived me by luring me in and issuing a very misleading GFE. I have never had the rate increase out of all of my previous refinance transactions. I know the GFE is an estimate but it shouldn't change by 1/2%.
Stay away from this company!!!
