 I rented a black stretch limo from Network Limo for my sons senior prom. He was so excited and so was I. His Dad passed away in December and I wanted this to be a happy distraction for him. The kids got ready at my house and were thrilled when the MKT Limo pulled up. The driver was dressed very nice and they headed to dinner at Kobes in Clearwater. That was end of the trip. Network Limos left and never came back to pickup my son and his friends. My son called me in a panic saying the limo was gone and the chauffer wasnt answering his phone. I took my van and drove to Kobes and called Networks office many times, I left a voice message. The kids were so upset when I got to Kobes they piled in and I manged to get them to Prom on time. No thanks to Network! I got a call from a woman named Sherry when I was about five minutes from home. She said your limo got stcuk at the airport cause a flight was late arriving. I was furiuos! We paid for seven hours and they sent the limo to another job in the middle of our rental. What upset me even more what that she acted like it was no big deal because the kids got to Prom on time. She said the limo will be at Kapok to pick the kids up after prom. I told her that was good but I expected some sort of refund. She said we dont do refunds and hung up. I called back and insisted on speaking to the owner or manager. I spent nearly twenty minutes going back and forth with her until she said she'd have the boss call me. What I didnt know at the time was she was the owner and was lying to me thw whole time. Only a few minutes later the manager did call his name was Dave Shaw. He seemed very understanding at first until I said I expected a partial refund. Then he got loud and said you people always want something for nothing. You already used the limo if you want a refund I wont send it back and we will call it even. I was speechless. They abandoned my son at dinner and were threatening to do it again after his prom! I told him forget it, I will get the kids home myself. I called my bank and reversed the charges. This company is just plain awful and I will never trust them again.

Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation has reviewed and researched the complaint/information submitted by user, HRThomas.  Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation believes this submittal to be in error and/or malicious.   Upon research and review of the complaint statement, Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation documentation show that no client/clients match the stated scenario, time frame, or complaint statement.  Proms are held in the months of April and May which fall outside of the time frame within the Complaint Review.  No one by the name of Dave Shaw was employed with Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation during the timeframe in the Complaint Review.  Network Transportation is a Corporate owned entity therefore, a woman named Sherry is not the owner.  It is not within the operating guidelines of Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation abandon clients, minors.  It is against Network Transportation Worldwide/ Network Limousine & Transportation policies and Standard Operating Procedures to perform additional jobs with a vehicle while the guests are enjoying the service during the reserved operating period.
