This report was filed by Yilmaz Firat a Turkish nationial living in Koh Samui / Bangkok Thailand director of First Choice Asia http://www.firstchoiceasia.com/ a company that was shut down by the Royal Thai Police, see the website link for confirmation.

Yilmaz Firat has threatened my family and even included my sons name in this report. He was a client from hell. I tried to build a website for him but he kept changing his strategy... first he wanted to me to build a portal for all Asia, then South East Asia then finally for Thailand. With each change in strategy I had to change my work. Every few weeks he would send me a zip file with thousands of documents and pictures he wanted in the website. Then a few weeks later he would send me another zip file with all the documents moved around, some deleted, some new. I told him many times stop sending me so much information that he was going to change later and to just send information for the front page and we would do finish that and move onto the next page. But he didn't listen. One time he sent another zip file I just ignored it until he called me a few weeks later asking progress. I told him there was no progress because he sent another zip file and that I had told him I would only accept information on a page by page basis. He went crazy and threatend me so I told him I wouldn't deal with him anymore, that I would only deal with his business partner Michael Mac Mullan an Irish national. He was very angry about that and threatened me again.

I dealt with Yilmaz for a while through Michael until he broke the website, deleted a file or something. I told him he broke it so he could fix it. I would have fixed it actually if he asked me nicely, but instead a few days later, a friend of mine said that a guy (Yilmaz) was posting on thaivisa.com saying I was a scammer. Thaivisa took the post down because it was slanderous and I cut off contact with Mr Firat.

Since then he has spent his time trying to ruin my reputation. He made fake accounts on social networks, made friends with a 10 year old child in my family on facebook, contacted clients and wrote reports such as this. I have decided to take Yilmaz First to court for slander, which has heavy penalties in Thailand. I look forward to meeting him again.
