I suggest you do not use this company, and if you currently do, consider changing to another.  Read below to understand the reasons for my suggestion.

When Web.com purchased networksolutions.com and we later purchased an exchange service the problems began.  NetworkSolutions.com had managed our domain for years with no problems but then Web.com offered to build a web page and offer marketing for us.  The offer was to post a page built by them free for 30 days AFTER we authorized them too.  We never gave authorization as realized our business does not benefit from that sort of marketing efforts; however, they posted it anyway (without our knowledge) and proceeded to charge us $94.50 every 4 weeks without our authorization, using the credit card on file used to charge the monthly domain and email services we had with Network Solutions.

Aside from that fraudulent action, we purchased a Hosted Exchange from Network Solutions; however, when we had technical problems, no one was able to help us claiming literally that, although they sell that service, they have no training on the product and I would have to call Microsoft for help.  Microsoft of course said that since this service was not hosted by them there would be a charge to help us solve the problem.

After dozens of hours, and literally I do mean dozens, of wasted time with my calls being transferred from one department to another, holding for supervisors that never took my calls, offers to call back that never happened, offers to escalate things to get refunded for services not authorized that didn't happen either, trying to get hosting exchange technical problems solved, canceling our account and transferring our domains to another company, the only way we were able to get a refund was by disputing the charges with our credit card and changing credit card numbers in order to avoid further charges.

In spite of all that and thinking that the problem was resolved, I just noticed that 5 days ago they charged another of our credit cards $142.50 dollars renewal for the infamous Web hosting service that we never authorized, for a domain they no longer manage, for a business that has no active accounts with them!!!!  So once again, I am wasting my time resolving problems caused by this most unscrupulous, fraudulent, and incompetent company.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card and aside from this post, I'll be reporting Network Solutions and it's parent company Web.com to the BBB and commerce departments.
