I ordered NetZero for my daughter, it was one of the worst ripoff's I have ever encountered. NetZero is a scam from the first moment you speak with them.  The boxes are ALL reconditioned and preowned, sometimes they work, sometimes they dont.  When they do work they count down like the meter on a taxi, only faster.  I paid $19.95 for a months usage.  It actually got my daughter about 2 hours of usage.  Then it tells you to buy more.

The phone number 1-888-929-2655, the only one you will find anywhere, is in the Philippines.  You get nothing more than a runaround and high pressured sales pitches.  They will try to make all sorts of deals with you, all of it amounts to another 2 hours of internet.  They refuse to tell you where the corporate office is or their number.  I asked for a number in the continental U.S. and after asking at least 5 people they all gave me the same answer: "We dont have that info or number here".

They told me that a refund could not be issued unless I had used a credit card. Luckily I had.

When I returned the box, priority U.S. mail I called them.  They said to call back in 6 business days to get a refund.  I did. They said they haven't received the box....somehow I knew they would say that.  They said my receipt would have a "tracking number", mine said "trace number" and they would not accept that, they would only accept "tracking number that has more numbers".

I asked for a supervisor, they would leave me on hold for 30 minutes or more, come back and tell me a supervisor was not available.  They would repeat this as long as it took to wear you down. Finally I called back and told them I was recording the conversation for court purposes, they got a supervisor then.  I asked for the corporate office number in the U.S., she kept saying, "Before I give you that number let me try to fix it.".  I kept repeating that I wanted that number, after speaking for a long time she finally gave it to me.  I called the corporate office and finally got help.

The corporate office number is 818-287-3225.  The CEO, Ben Bushman's office number is 818-287-3417, his secretary Irene Loera was very helpful and apologized for all I had been through.

I would NEVER recommend anyone dealing with this company.
