I contacted NetZero by phone to look into their service plans. I was quoted 34.95 a month with 4 g's of data. When I checked my credit card bill there was another charge for 38.00 for " premium service " whatever that is. When my device arrived it stated it was a 3 g device not 4 g. When you call customer service you will not get an answer, only a recording that says " call back later. we're busy". Ah, but if you dial 1 in order to buy a plan you always get an answer. There are other reviews of this company online there are complaints that it's very difficult to cancel your service and this company charges you for cancelling. I should have read the reviews first. Oh, by the way, when you can talk to a person from NetZero good luck understanding them through whatever kind of foreign accent they have.
