Netzero rip-off by their service and called requested refund takes 2 billing cycles. Internet

I ordered service off internet. I had a friend set-up on my computer for me. I booted up 1 time in Feb and sent e-mail. I tried to get mail and nothing could not get in. Tried to call support and was willing to pay for help and was on hold for 20 min. called 3-6-04 to cancel spoke to a Jose and he could not help all he wanted was more questions answered. He put me on hold was disconnected. Called back got a Camdra she tried to help and told me I was charged 2 times she would set up for a refund.

Called back on 3-22-04 to see where my refund was and spoke to a Kevin and he had to set the refund up as nothing had been set up. Kevin wanted to put me on hold and when he did I was disconnected again. I called back (every time you call in it has been any where from 20 to 30 min. wait) requested to speak to kevin and no Kevin there.

The support for the phone # (800-851-7908) must be in India. I get a Kai and she wantes to put me on hold well with my experence I don't want to be put on hold she (Kia) had a fit. Had to put me on hold to look at my account. "You can't look at the account without putting me on Hold?" NO! can not have blank air. So I requested a Supervisor got a Michelle. What a mess I only want my money back owed to me and away from these people.

And I tell everyone I speak to about internet. I am in the medical profession and travel the country and tell all who will listen.
