I had a problem with my internet and they gave a no. to call which I was charged $93.60 and they did not fix the problem. In order to use my internet I had to cancel netzero and go to another provider. I called netzero and they gave me a reference no. 31686086 attn. Mr. mitchell. It has been three weeks and no response. When I called net again they gave me your address
