He went as far as telling one of my employees that he was from a law firm and it was very inportant. This was conveyed to me while negotiating with a vendor. I got "that' look. Today I finally broke down and called. Turns out, they're looking for another guy with the same name. I got no apology. How unprofessional and damaging can one firn be ? Educate your people, please.  I was at lunch and had a note to call a number. I googled it to find out it was a lawyer. Now why would i need a lawyer? So I discard the note and go about my day. Next day, calls from a different number (623)207-7336, wow this cat's persistent. Ignored again. The following day I'm negotiating with a vendor and one of my employees says there's a guy on the phone from a legal firm that has to talk to me now. I got that look from the vendor. Afterwards, I call the number and Nathan is not in. The young lady tells me they are a debt collector and I am being recorded. I asked what I owe who in a gruff demeanor. She says, does your social security number end in "xxxx" to which I reply, no. She then asks if I live in Mesa to which I reply, no. Then she says were you born on April xx, 1960 ? To which once again, I said no. They were after a guy with the same name that I'm sure they thought "I found him". These people need to learn a little couth before calling. Also, if I was at their level of integrity, I know a guy with my name along with his birthdate and last four of his social. There is a law against that, right ?
