TOTAL SCAM. Shay liverant is the only employee of this business, she used to be a hairstylist at fantastic sams and maybe she should have stuck to that business. Brainwave optimization at Neurosync LLC is a scam claiming to solve ANY medical issue. She hooks wires to your head but she can’t properly explain to you the use of them, and not to mention they fall off multiple times during your session while she watch TV in her office. She has non stop harassed me since my bank reversed the charges from her company. And continues to call/text/email me yelling at me. She’s the most unprofessional lazy human I’ve ever met. I just wish I got a full refund after all her cancellations. Do not trust this method.
