Got online offer for free sample of ageless beauty products for $4.95 S/H fee. Was charges full (ridiculous) price as I did not call to cancel by day 14 (since shipped). I thought I had 30 days to stop advance order but couldn't find the number to call as it wasn't on the box or packing slip! Finally got the number from my credit card company and was offerred 15% refund. When I said I wanted 100%, was told I could have 25% and keep products, then %50, then finally 100% when I threatened to contact BBB and FTC, etc. Waitibg to see if they send the promised email confirming the refund and cancellation of the advance orders! Learned my lession! Won't be getting future "free" samples!!!
