Norman Meier and Natasha Waite a couple of business partners that go back several years and have a track record of shady, fraudulent and corrupt business ventures. This one is just the icing on the cake.

Let's look at the following companies:

- American Incorporation Services (also known as Nevada Business Experts)

- American Geologics (Edwin Meier, Norman's Father's business he sold to Norman's company Shrink Nanotechnologies)

- Monte Cristo Oil

- Westbridge Oil & Gas

- United Petroleum Partners

What do all of the above companies have in common? THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS:

1406 Santa Margarita St. Unit D

NV 89146

Las Vegas

And if one googles that exact address, you would expect a commercial business address, or even a "virtual office" but instead you find an apartment in an apartment building complex. That on top of all is being advertised "FOR RENT".

So let's recapture, not only is it a two bedroom two bathroom apartment (how professional) it is vacant and available for rent. Where does all the legal filings and mail go to? From where does Natasha Waite run her American Incorporation Services? Why are all Norman Meier's companies registered with the SEC at this address?

If this wasn't enough. This "private address" that obviously isn't used as an office, thus clients have no physical place to conduct their business. Anybody incorporated through them must know them in person or has to be referred.

That's why it is very suspicious that a certain Robert L. Cotton who has been under investigation by the FBI and charged by the SEC including other people, also had their Cotton Mining INCORPORATED through Natasha Waite and Norman Meier's company AMERICAN INCORPORATION SERVICES.

This is just another Norman Meier venture that is fake, fraudulent and a scam. He has the convenience of his friend Natasha Waite to set up a quick new company once one goes bust or like recently is exposed online. He changes domain names or deletes them all together like www.westbridgeoilandgas.com that became www.westbridge.co which turned into www.westbridge.info and now is deleted, same goes for www.montecristooil.com which became www.mc-oil.com and is now also deleted. I wonder how long it will take until www.nvbusinessexpert.com is being removed since they don't even have a legit address.

Maybe Robert L. Cotton, Shirley Lee or Sharon Vazquez are friends of Natasha Waite, one can never know because they make everything so convoluted, yet their connections are obvious.
