Neveda West Financial, Repossed my vehicle from private lands. other Arizona

I notified Neveda West Financial that I knew I was late 2 payments. I also notified an associate there not to debit my account until the after noon. Well they started running continus deft on my account which put a block on my account. They Needs West Financial called me regadding the payments. I called my bank and found out that they tried numerous transactions. But all was denied because my account was blocked by then. I tried to resolved this issue. But they started threatening me saying why am I wanting a vehicle when I have no money. I tried to talk keep my composure with them. But they (she) started talking to me as I was an uneducated person. I hung up and tried to talk to someone above this lady. But apparently she was top person. Very unprofessional.

I finally cleared the bank and had my account unblocked. I made one payment with I did thru the automated pay system. Called them with the confirmation number. But she was not happy. I told her that I am making another payment the next day. But they went and debit the account again but with no luck. The bank already has them flagged. A couple weeks later a man shows up and was asking my sister questions about me and the car. He left a phone number. I called him later explaining that the payment was made and I assumed everything ok. I live on an Indian reservation where in order for the repo man and the finance institute will have to file legal papers to get permission to come and reposses anything. They never filed any legal documents at all. They told me they did but they lied about this.

They took my vehicle with all my belongings and I called the repo man to recover my belongings. He send me on a wild goose chase down to Phoenix with different address. I finally told them that they will hear from my lawyer and I will need to pick my belongings with police escort. He finally called me back three days later and said some one else was gonna bring my belongings to me in Phoenix. We waited for these two individuals. They finally showed up saying they had drove in from Arkansas. That they didn't know Arizona that well. They were calling me for directions the whole time while they were nearing Phoenix. So I believe this was a scam with Neveda West Financial involved in this. After this, Neveda West Financial never called me or even send me a letter. This should be looked into it sounds like a scam and fraud.
