It says for more information about their policy to go here: http://www.refundsmadeeasy.com and then when you click on the link it goes here:http://www.refundsmadeeasy.com/order.html where they trick you into thinking you're learning about refunds for the never cold call site but then they log your IP address and file it without telling you.
