I received the phone on feb 9th have the problem same day supposingly they fixed the phone . I have no service . since feb 17 they are giving me run around and now telling me its more than 1 month so basically took my money and not willing to do any thing I have proof of emails i sent them since than Internet

I order the item on ebay following is the link

paid $ 354.99

The item was not working the day I got it. Never-msrp told me to send the item back so they can fix. supposingly they fixed it but when I receive phone there was no network connection . They told me to try some links out does not work at all. they strech the back and forth communications for more than 30 days.

I opened the case on ebay but they said that it is more than 30 days.

The thing is seller was very helpful till the warranty expired and pretented that we can solve the issue without involving any dispute with ebay. But apparantely that was not the case as soon the clock hit the mark 30 days the seller stop communicating as well as ebay does not want to help us out

The lesson is

YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYBODY , AND EVEN I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE I LOST MY MONEY

EBAY SELLING PRACTICE IS NOT GOOD THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE CONSUMER SIDE TOO. EBAY IS GIVING ME RUN AROUND AS WELL

Have you tried to upgrade the software by using Samsung Kies?

It's pretty simple, you just need to download samsung software to your computer and follow the instructions

I'm having problems, the phone keeps on giving the message Not Registered to Network, I've checked the data is on, data roaming is on, service location is on. Changed the network mode to gsm only doesn't work, lte/wcdms/gsm mode doesn't work. did a hard reset doesn't work.
please advice a solution, or if you can give me a replacement.

Also, could you try the following?

Step 1: First go to Settings.

Step 2: Then go to Wireless and networks.

Step 3: Tap the Mobile Networks.

Step 4: Now Press the Power Button and Home Button for 15 Seconds. Your Smartphone automatically blink with black screen, don’t worry about it, it’s safe.

Step 5: After some seconds, your phone will automatically reboot.

I just hard reset the phone and put the apn settings and tried to make a phone call. It still says Not Registered to the Network.
Seems like a hardware problem.
