Sure, they have all the pretty categories and everything laid out for you to see, but they are dishonest and possibly not even in full existence.

What they will do:
take your money
give you a product (it may be broken, unusable, or defective)
ignore you
deny you someone to talk to
deny you a refund

What they won't do:
answer your phone calls
answer your e-mails
live up to their policy/guarantee or word
Give you your refund

But, don't be fooled. They never answer the phone. Would you answer the phone if you took someone's money and won't give it back? Everytime you call you will get a message telling you that everyone is assistanting other customers and to leave a message, that they will call you back soon. They never call back.

And what's stranger; no matter when you call, how many times you call, or which service you select when you call...you will never get ahold of anyone. Dialing their number and waiting for an answer is the same as waiting for money back... useless. So, do what I'm doing... spread the word around to as many places and people as possible... to STAY AWAY FROM nevershaveagain.com

take care of concerns/issues/or broken parts
give refunds
keep their word or policy
