New Bright Industrial Co New Bright Trains Newbright RC Christmas train had less than 1/2 hr run time on it and the sound went dead. Poor quality, no repair parts, no way to get fixed. Web site under products does not even show a category for Trains.

We bought one of their train sets 2 years ago.  It worked ok the first year and we had maybe 15 min total time used.  When we set it up for the second year we ran it for about 10 minutes and then the sounds stopped working. 

I called the company and they have no repair parts even if I wanted to pay for them.  Their quality is crappy and for items that cost a couple hundred dollars this is rediculous.  They did not offer to fix it if we sent it to them.  Basically told us we were SOL if e-bay did not have any avail. 

These trains are beautiful looking but the quality sucks and there is no way to get them fixed. 

WARNING:  Don't be fooled by the great look and description unless you want to pay a few hundred bucks for something that will only work for less than 1//2 and hour and has no way of being fixed.
