New Brilliance Charged for product they I was not told I would get. Received a phone call from company while in the process of ordering on computer before I had a chance to finish Internet

Saw an ad on computer about eye cream and serum. Was in the process of ordering when I received a phone call from the company.  The person took my order and information. 

Thought I would try product but was never told by person on the phone that I would need to call if I didn't want it.

When received my credit card I saw charges for the creams and called the company to get the charges dropped.

They told me it was too late and they would not give me credit when I was never told ordering that I had to do that.

I feel mislead in this process and should not have to be doing this to solve this problem  The company was very misleading over the phone.

Treated unfair in ths situation.
