New Castle News / McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff NEW CASTLE NEWS FORGOT TO TAKE AD OUT NOW WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA MONTH Cleveland & New Castle Pennsylvania

I put an advertisment in the New Castle News for our new business for 1 month, the advertisment was to run the first of the month to the end of the month. The News Company failed to put the advertisement in until 5 days later and after the month was over the sales person Iris, forgot or didn't bother to take the advertisment out after 1 month.

I have tried working this out with the New Castle News, I was on a 3 way call with Iris the sales person and her manager and Iris admitted that the advertisement was to run for 1 month and the manager was to check into it and let me know but, she never got back to me so I called and I always get they are still looking into it and will have to call you back and of course I never get a call back.

As I told the sales person Iris, we are a new company and have to watch how much money we spend, but that did not seem to matter to her. The New Castle News to date has never gotten back to me an as turned my account over to a collection agency who I might say is just as bad as the New Castle News. I have gotten 3 letter from this agency, I have written back 3 times now disputing the collection amount and after a week they write me back telling me I have never responded. I have sent my final response certified to the collection agency "McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff".

I just want companies to be aware if you put an advertisement in the New Castle News get the date in writing when it is to start and stop or they will keep running it. I have also mailed my responses to the credit bureau's a long with the letters from the collection agency "McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff.
