NEW CENTURY FINANCIAL SERVICES/ PRESSLER And PRESSLER,LEE PRESSLER,Laurie Pressler-Henry Abused The New Jersey Superior Court ,and Broke Court Rules Requiring Supporting Proofs to be filed withb claim for monies Cedar Knolls New Jersey

New Century Financial whose owners are Lee Pressler, Lauri Pressler-Henry, and Eric Sombers Filed a False Claim against me in Cumberland County New Jersey ( DC-1695-05)

This False Claim included unsigned credit card agreements and an account number not affiliated with me.
( the Pressler Crime Family Ringleader Sheldon Pressler who is an advisor to the Supreme Court of NJ made the rules "that ALL papers would be accepted for Filing)
Anyhow I live in Delaware and was not able to respond as I was not served in Delaware, a Default Judgement in the amount of approximately $11,000 was awarded to Pressler .

Consequently I had the judgement vacated and tried the case to completion as there are No Supporting Proofs as required by the Rules of the court. Pressler after the Case was dismissed with predjudice filed a motion to reconsider ( as they believe they own the Judges in NJ Courts)

They never notified me and when I checked the court records it turns out they claim to have served me at an old Post Office box no longer in use. They had a Case DC-001695-05 which was dismissed with Predjudice by A sitting Judsge who said in one of our trials
" I Feel Like I Work For Pressler and Pressler. The same Judge rubber stamped approved in Presslers Favor and awarded them $11,000 because I failed to oppose Presslers motion to reconsider a case that has no validity , no proof, .

I have since had to hire an attorney and am willing to take this to the NJ appeals Court, and NJ Supreme Court if necessary. I do not owe pressler any money at all, I do not owe New Century Financial , LEE PRESSLER,Laurie Pressler Henry, Eric Sombers any money .
